Além do Kids’ Choice Awards, neste fim de semana também aconteceu o Juno Awards. A edição 2014 da premiação canadense teve Justin Bieber, Drake e Bruno Mars entre os vencedores.

Justin Bieber não compareceu ao evento e no momento do anúncio do vencedor do “Fans Choice”, as apresentadoras da categoria ficaram em uma saia justa. Logo após o anúncio do cantor, vaias surgiram na plateia. “Eu realmente acho que Justin Bieber é um músico maravilhoso e ele merece o prêmio. Ele trabalhou muito durante sua vida e precisamos apoiá-lo. Não estou tentando puxar o saco. Ele é incrível”, defendeu Serena Ryder em seu agradecimento ao vencer a categoria de compositora do ano.
